I use the traditional Usui Reiki system for Reiki sessions.

When you’re feeling out of balance, exhausted, emotional, or even when you’re feeling fantastic, this is a great way to relax, take some time to refill your tank, and go back to the world feeling renewed, refreshed, energised, and stronger.

Every session will be a bit different, as in life, we’re always encountering new things, you’re always a new person when you receive Reiki. You’ll find that each time you have a session, it’s what you needed at that time.
